Mr. Actor seat will be empty forever: Farhadi

Iran Oscar-winning director Asghar Farhadi expresses condolences over passing of veteran Iranian actor Ezzatollah Entezami.

In an online reaction to sad news of Entezami, widely known as Mr. Actor, the director said the thespian’s “magnificent name with memorable performances and above all - his fatherly morality as well as respectable manners - will remain in memories forever.

He also said, “His seat will never be filled,” implying to the indispensible place of the actor in Iran cinema.

Iran legendary actor Ezzatollah Entezami passed away in Tehran on Friday morning August 17, 2018.
